This guide will show you how to change or reset your primary password. If you do not remember your primary password, you can reset it with your recovery code by following the same steps below.

ExpressVPN Keys Chrome extension:

1. Install and set up the ExpressVPN Keys Chrome extension.
2. Click the ExpressVPN Keys browser extension.
   • If you remember your primary password: Click Options > Settings > Change primary password. Enter your existing primary password, then click Verify.
   • If you do not remember your primary password: Click Forgot Primary Password? > Use Recovery Code.
3. Follow the instructions.

ExpressVPN app for Android or iOS:

1. In the app, tap Options.
2. Tap Settings > Security > Change primary password.
   • If you remember your primary password: Enter the primary password, then tap Verify.
   • If you do not remember your primary password: Tap Forgot Primary Password? > Use Recovery Code.
3. Follow the instructions.
